What this Site is
The Site is a community-driven informational and cultural surface for Pixelated Apes and Apes on Bitcoin. It may show our project art, names, inscription data, and links to third-party marketplaces. The Site does not sell blockchain assets directly unless clearly stated otherwise.

Subject to applicable law and any rights you already hold in a Pixelated Apes or Apes on Bitcoin token you lawfully acquired, the Site’s original text, design, branding, and original artwork created for Pixelated Apes / Apes on Bitcoin are owned by PixeLabs or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or commercially reuse Site materials except as allowed by these Terms or by written permission.
If you own a Pixelated Apes NFT, your on-chain ownership of that token is governed by the relevant blockchain and marketplace terms—not by any third-party brand. Any personal or commercial use rights we grant (if any) apply only to the original Pixelated Apes / Apes on Bitcoin artwork associated with that token, and do not include any rights in third-party trademarks, names, logos, or artwork.
Third-party rights
Third-party names, marks, and artworks referenced on the Site (including marketplace labels and outbound links) remain the property of their owners. Mentions of other projects or cultures are for context and homage only. Nothing on the Site is a license, affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership with any third party. Using the Site gives you no rights in any third-party intellectual property.
Do not use this Site to host, distribute, or claim rights over third-party artwork or marks. Outbound links (for example to OpenSea or other explorers) are provided for convenience; we do not control those sites.
